4741G clock is problem

my 4741G laptop has upgraded from win7 64 bit to win8.1 pro but I found that the clock is always malfunction (although I had corrected so many times) and I can not synchronise with the clock servers. Please guide me some way of fixing the problem. Thanks.

Or do you think I should return to the earlier win 7 home 64bit, instead of win 8.1 pro 64 bit(which I dont like too much compare with win 7, even the bluetooth not working as so many c hings also complaint)

We regret that AS4741G is not officially supported in Windows 8/8.1 upgrade.

However, if you has Windows 7 HDD image backup, please try to restore to Windows 7 and see if the problem still exists. If so, this may be a hardware problem and may need to be repaired. Plesae call Acer Customer Services Center (Tel: 2520 2000) for more information.
