[記憶體] 想問現在z790 插滿ddr5 4條 是否仍然降速

有大大知道這幾塊可以跑6400以上  本身看中z790 steel legend  ,但好似降到4xxx

Intel has increased its DDR5 memory support up to 5600 MT/s if you use one DIMM per channel (1DPC), a big increase over the prior 4800 MT/s speed with Alder Lake. Just as importantly, Intel increased 2DPC speeds up to 4400 MT/s, an improvement over the previous-gen 3600 MT/s.


面板 2DPC 應該係  up to 4400 MT/s , 板廠推到幾多就要查番廠自家spec， 如msi 就有detail d (但又無話保證得....都係up to 後又qvl咁)
