新NB第一次叉電時間???

尋日拎咗部新HP NB返嚟
今日至得閒拆盒同叉電
叉咗個零鐘就由橙燈轉白燈
......
其間上網睇下仲有無講要叉幾耐
一查就嚇親
官方話要叉24粒鐘喎............
...
第一次用NB...
跟官方時間(再叉多廿幾粒鐘)定見白燈就可以熄掣????

今時今日... 出廠設定係 60%... 粒幾鐘叉完好正常.
十年前鋰電已經唔駛叉 24 hr...
純粹係為左心靈安慰

When you buy a new laptop, you’ll want to charge your battery for 24 hours to make sure that it gets a full charge on its first go.

Don’t worry - as long as your laptop battery is lithium-based, it can’t be overcharged. Internal hardware prevents your battery from charging any further until the voltage drops below 100%

How long should you charge a lithium battery for the first time?

The idea of needing a first extended charge goes back to NiMh batteries. These batteries were shipped out without a charge. And unlike lithium ion, NiMh have a high self-discharge rate, and there's no clear sign they're full. So when you got the battery, it probably needed a long trickle charge before it was up for a full charge, and the charger couldn't really tell you how long. Part of that was the fact that NiMh charging is pretty simple, so no one tried to get too sophisticated anyway.
