question on outlook setup: gmail pop3 setup (FIXED)

i have couple gmail accounts setup in outlook using pop.gmail.com to retrieve mails. already enable pop3 on both accounts in gmail setting, but for some reason, one of them is unable to retrieve mails. any c-hing knows why? thx.

sorry for my ignorance, but what is 2-step verification? is this for hotmail account setup?  i am talking about MS office outlook setup here retrieving mails from gmail account via pop3.
