Question on overclocking AMD 5000+ Black Edition with Asrock A780FullHD

Hi, I recently upgraded my computer with a Asrock A780FullHD, 5000+ Black Edition, and Supertalent 2Gb 800Mhz CL5.

I am well aware the motherboard and RAM are not the best components for overclocking, but what is the maximum that I can overclock?

Currently the maximum I can overclock is by setting the FSB to 220Mhz (Default is 200Mhz), setting anything higher will result in machine reboots and BSODs. Is there anyway I can overclock it higher? Are there settings in the RAM that I can set?

If u experience difficulty raising FSB from 220Mhz,
firstly try turning down the HT freq. from 1000Mhz (5X) to 800/600Mhz(4X/3X),
which is sufficient for the use of A64X2 CPUs.
Then set ur RAM freq mode to 667 or 533mode,
and u should aware sometimes it is not ur CPU raised too high freq but the RAM does.
When u overclock ur CPU, the ram also raise its freq at the same time that causes instability.

U should also have a look on the chart below to find the suitable RAM freq. mode with different dividers.
