When compared to the other capacities, the 1TB Western Digital BLACK SN750 NVMe Solid State Drive has the fastest sequential write speed, random read speed and random write speed.

With the heatsink, the 1TB version also has the fastest sequential read speed.

Without the heatsink, the 1TB is tied with the 500GB capacity for having the best sequential reading speeds.

Overall, the 1TB capacity of the WD BLACK SN750 has the best performance when compared to the 250GB, 500GB and 2TB options.
