AAO BIOS PROBLEM

I am using my AAO110 with BIOS v.3304 and I want to downgrade my BIOS into v.3114.
I searched in google and mobXXX01 already but there was no file available.
Any one have this file?
Also, can anyone teach me how to downgrade the BIOS?

brightness of the mon
the time decrease from 2.3 hours to 1.4 hours (3 cell with UBUNTU 8.04 LTS)
