點樣可以設 network printer

我公司有部 PC , 係用 wired network , 同公司既真 static IP 的
另外有部 network printer , IP 係 192.168.1.123 ( router 派的 )

請問 wired network 既 PC 可以連到這部 printer 嗎 ?

"真 static IP" 未聽過呢個terms
點解network printer唔assign static IP ? (係printer set或者router set 某MAC address 派特定IP)
理論只要under同subnet就連到, 不過IP一轉又再set過.

Router有得派即係夠static IP用.
定係你公司部PC係用routable IP address? (唔係10.x.x.x / 192.168.x.x / 172.16-31.x.x開頭)
係咁你要VPN入公司(router內network)先可以connect. 不過未見過公司內部network用routable IP address(唔計server).

唔建議俾printer用dynamic IP
Windows連去printer一般得兩個方法, TCP/IP Port / WSD
前者一定要fixed IP, 否則IP一變就要再set過
後者理論上會自動detect, 但係有時會傻傻地detect唔到 / 等好耐先印得出

電腦IP係192.168.1.X就可以用到
安裝時揀網絡打印機, 搵番部機(或入IP)就可以

不過最好叫總公司俾個固定IP, 入番落張PRINTER NETWORK CARD上, 佢哋話咁易就俾到, 唔駛煩, 一兩分鐘就set完

router 最好 map 定個 fix IP 比部 printer 用啦
