我的WD-RED 4TB 是壞了嗎？
我已經換過 2次、 係2次。
我實在覺得好累、唔明點解成日出問題。

直接買過其它品牌算了、唔想再換、再浪費時間。

請問要買哪個會安全點？

I will stay away from WD-RED series (of any capacity) !

Why not just go for HGST NAS or Toshiba MG04 !

    Yo man, if you did pay for it and it has free replacement --> why not?

    This dummy things really waste of time and my system did crash once.

well. I think 2tb is worth to stay a long time.

The problems mainly happen at 3tb-4tb

May be it is 4tb technology problems?
So far.  5 of 2tb over 3-5 years still functional.

WD RED is a marketing scam.

HDDs in this series are nothing more than WD Green but sold with higher margin and the fancy "NAS HDD" wordings.

never heard of hgst nas 4tb (one of the rivals) has such problem, for instance

Go and get the 3rd replacement and use it for external standalone backup only

Or request for upgrading to another model (paying the price diff).
