我想切底unstall d software?

我用緊wm6.1想uninstall d software...
明明係系統到移除程式到unstall...佢話未完全移除...之後係程式集都仲有係到...但開唔到個software
請問點先可以切底unstall d software?

如果reset米要裝返有用d程式?
