Magic TV 3300D 用4TB USB Hard Disk, 支唔支援4K格式GPT分區?

Magic TV 3300D 用4TB USB Hard Disk, 有的是用MBR分區, 有的是用GPT分區, 3300D可唔可以支持4K格式的HDD和GPT分區?

如果用USB Docking加4TB hard disk, 4K sector加GPT分區NTFS格式有冇問題?

Format做EXT2有什麼好處? 有冇一些功能必需要format做EXT2才可實現?

4k Advanced Format: Yes

4TB HDD + Docking: OK if your docking supports 4TB and the docking is good (many are not).

ext2 enables Magic TV networking sharing of recorded programmes and built-in check disk function.  NTFS eases file transfer with Windows.

因我見到Seagate Expansion 4TB出廠係用MBR和NTFS而唔係GPT, 所以問下Docking + GPT得唔得

如果係用MTV黎format隻USB 4TB, 佢會係EXT2定EXT3格式? 定係format時有得揀EXT2或EXT3?

若升左做firmware 10.0 beta, 可唔可以downgrade返落去9.x /8.x?

If you already have Seagate Expansion 4TB, you can try to reformat it by Magic TV as GPT ext2 or by Windows 7 as GPT NTFS

長錄黎講, EXT格式會唔會比NTFS格式穩定?  

尤其係如果錄影途中死機或停電, 已錄檔案流失既風險高唔高?

Interrupting HDD writes are bad regardless of file system.

Generally using ext format on Magic TV is preferred, such that the Magic TV Network HDD sharing, and the Check and Repair HDD function can be used.
