add cpu voltage, you are only using 1.16V, try to increse

i have changed it to 1.25 v right now, but i would want to know what speed should i get to, should i keep trying, or 3.0ghz is the max?

齋加 CPU 電既話好多時上到咁上下外頻就止步，你再係咁加都上唔到，因為上高外頻唔止係電既問題，仲有穩定問題。而要穩定，好多時就要果堆「延遲」去穩定返。
