我只係想剪頭剪尾, 格式mp4,avi,wmv唔一定, 剪完可以快速完成, 又唔太影響畫質.
有冇freeware可以推介?

long time ago, there is a shareware: videoredo. just cut the unwanted/wanted part. then join together. but not sure now

如果只剪不合拼，videoredo h264 tvsuite v5 確可以，佢有 fast frame copy，有人介紹過另一套 smart cutter，聽聞都唔需要 recoding。
如果要合拼，每段片的 resolution 和 格式需要相同才能做到快速合拼，否則都需要 recoding。

smart cutter can detect the format automatically.

free video dub: load video file過慢, 搞到整唔到
唔似smart cutter咁快手. smart cutter: 某D video load得, 某D就唔得, 不過已經很理想了.
