R9000P (7945hx + 4070)
Paid $8550 Rmb ($8499+$50 fee to people there)

Want to ask :  
1)Can I upgrade it to 96Gb DDR5 ram? Got a pair spare to put in.

2)Can I upgrade the wifi to Killer 1750x?

3)Can I change the W11 to English verison?
