You've to check your notebook's PSU output W. Many of the Lenovo/HP/Acer/Dell notebooks are using 65W PSU.
How about Smartcoby Trio 67W 2C1A 20000mAh Powerbank?

mAh 並唔代表容量要知埋電池 cell 嘅電壓
最準確睇電池容量應該睇 Wh
手頭上啲 Anker 電都有寫幾多 Wh
要計 Wh 可以用以下公式
mAh / 1000 * V = Wh
1Ah = 1000mAh
例子
Anker Prime 27,650mAh Power Bank (250W)
27650mAh / 1000 * 3.6V = 99.54Wh
如果 Notebook 充電要求 65W 嘅話要計算頂到幾耐
99.54Wh / 65W = 1.53h ~= 1 小時 31 分鐘
仲要預留返部份電壓轉換嘅損失個時數會再少啲

Some laptop nowadays have a battery health protection that would stop charing at a set charge level (e.g. 60%), when the laptop battery is not charging, the chaging input would be used to power the laptop directly, thus the charge of the powerbank can last for longer in this situration, therefore keep the powerbank connected to the laptop is a good idea if not moving the setup around.

係, 我都有隻27000mAh既45W PD充電寶, 成600g, 拿出街真係重過隻65W PD牛.
所以買了都好少用....除非要去既地方沒電源先考慮帶唔帶尿袋.
