After the launching of P series since February, I have been telling myself this machine doesn't worth HKD7980 at all. Because all the P series being sold in HK has only 64GB SSD and does not come with built-in HSDPA and GPS.

Now that the new Atom will be launched in Jan 2010, there is no doubt that Sony will use the new Atom CPU with slightly better graphics and less voltage for their next generation of P series in 2010.

So what does all this means? The first generation of P is going to become obsolete and distributors will need to clear up their inventory --> massive price cutting!!! And I personally decide to buy this little P仔 because it has built-in HSDPA, GPS and running 128G SSD. More importantly is that the price is rather attractive as well, HKD6,150 which is brand NEW!!! Even comes with an extra Sony capacity battery

I think the price for this particular model is quite attractive already, considering x118 is selling HKD11980... the only difference is the CPU and screen size

Just the button layout is different because P15 keyboard is the HK official model... the P29 keyboard layout is quite different...

I know P29VN/Q has built in hsdpa becoz thats my model... but HKD6150 seems to be too low price for the config.. might be a fraud wor...

it is on yahoo auction, i called the guy it is the company called easco if i spell right, same as dc one, they guy even says he is under different section so the price is much cheaper, he leaves his number on the auction for anybody interested in the machine, hope this helps......

Yes its reliable! Whitepig Ching just bought it yesterday! He can confirm about that. The HSDPA module is unlocked, meaning you can insert the sim card right away and use it. Original OS is Italian Vista Business. You can use the program "Vitalization" to change any language you would like. But the best is to install win7 and everything works just fine.

The machine is running great with win7!!

I had bought, and trying to install Win7 Ultimate 32-bit, but do I need to install Content Exporter, Sonic Stage, Media Plua and Music Plus?

While I need to update the HSDPA firmware to 2.9.5 with SmartUpdate3 in order to control the software. But I cannot still that Gobitrotter tool, using Win 7 provided ones...... :curse:
