上星期買左部小米盒子增强版，但唔係勁 lag 就係load 都 load唔到，改左DNS為192.241.222.103都無用，成日得20-50kb/s。 尋日試下將PCCW個IP 做 Port Forwarding to 內網個IP, speed立即爆升至1-4Mb/s。
唔知各位brothers有冇同样experience分享吓，例如UDP & TCP应該點set (我目前只係random pick a number)。

并不是这样，我早、午、晚、零晨唔同时段都试过，最劲都唔过150kb/s，最衰情況連load都load唔到，except BestTV & 魔力TV(好似係哩個)有时有300+kb/s，直接用Ethernet入亦一样。做左port forwarding之后，爆上3Mb/s，load CCTV5和湖南衛視唔使5s。
我试过用iPhone 5s做 wifi hotspot 分 "3" 4G LTE signal 出黎，可以上到1-2Mb/s，所以我好肯定係PCCW IP 或 Airport Extreme IP setting 问题，同個 source server 無關。
如果问题真係咁简单，网上就唔会咁多人讲啦。

That's not what I'm concerned. What I want to figure out is why at the same hours, mobile LTE hotspot is much much much faster than PCCW+wifi router (connecting via wifi or LAN) for running Xiaomi Box. I'm not referring to the speed of the source or streaming. Obviously it's the problem with either PCCW or wifi router setting.

But in my case, everything else is working perfectly fine woe ... I'm using 1000M optical fiber. Speedtest still shows 900+Mbps up & down. Running BT client at 10Mb/s+ (depending on the sources). If that is the case, it means PCCW is able to "see" what I'm running and limit the speed specifically when the signal goes to Xiaomi Box? Is there a way to "mask or hide" Xiaomi Box, so that PCCW doesn't "see" it?

Originally I thought the slow speed was due to IP mapping issue of my router. Thus I tried port forwarding. And indeed it did work for 1-2 days, and then it's dead again. If it's really due to PCCW Qos, maybe it took them some time to detect because I changed the IP mapping? Totally clueless. I thought I have resolved it, but now it's back to square 1. Sigh!
I tried VPN (those free ones), but the speed is still horrible. Can you share how to set up a proxy to "fool" PCCW? I'm really not a technical guy. Many thanks in advance.
