Selling phone case, some gadgets

Three items last week, each at $5-9
-Bought a car spring like torch, light bulb not working
-A Bluetooth connector also not working, device can be found but not functioning
-A microusb cable for Samsung, can charge but problem in data transfer. Spend few hours to find out that the cable cannot be used for firmware upgrade!!!

For the microUSB cable, did you ask before buy?
For the other 2 items, did the shop change or refund?

forget about it as those store wont refund anyway...
