想向各位請教，點樣可以將以下的Raw Data用Excel Formula自動做到以下結果？
我試過用Vlookup，Vlookup唔到第二、第三個日期，失敗咗......

綠色的部份是 Raw Data 的部份，我在左邊加了一個輔助列
然後用自己的創意方法弄橙色果 ...

不過呢個方法只可以處理到每個員工「定期」一年一次Training，至於每個員工一年上幾次Training或「不定期」Training，應該點set formula？
