It's a strange decision that people still go for milestone at this time at this price... speed is a very important concern for smartphone for practicle use and future OS upgrade. While you can choose a faster one at similar or even lower prices, why milestone?

MS speed is ok to me, I've tried Liquid also but speed is not much faster than MS, what's important is the phy. kb for my own ! When I type email on the street, which is 10 times faster than Liquid or N1, ha ha ha !

Fast or slow is a relative comparison. The speed of Milestone is more than acceptable to me as I don't find any lagging or slow response in my daily usage. Perhaps I never experience with N1 or Liquid so I don't have any complaint on speed.
I believe in terms of voice quality, outlook and making, MS is better than N1 or Liquid which makes it competitive. And about OS upgrade, it is not a concern - I don't believe you can upgrade to Android 3.0 in future with any current model. Even if you can, most of the user prefer to buy a new one instead of "upgrading OS" only

MS 最吸引既係有實體KEYBOARD, 同埋通話質素. 呢兩樣都幾重要同埋係好多時其他機最有問題. 始終係電話, 但好多機既通話質素都係一般, TOUCH SCREEN 打字比較易打錯, 尤其係電容式加手指粗既USER

凈係講機身MS已經好過Liquid. 加上Crystal Talk同埋實體Keyboard.
重有如果講速度，MS係介面黎講係慢d. 但用黎睇片的話真係輸唔到比Liquid好多。
重有係Liquid依家既OS version唔支緩multitouch. 所以我買左MS.

Ching may not try or use any Acer PDA phone before.....
Indeed, most Milestone users may look for a "Phone" with PDA/ Online application functions.
If you accept using Acer phone to make a conversation and use the phone for a whole day without mis-type the 4 short cut keys in the landscape mode. Liquid will be your choice.
The solid built quality from Milestone is not other model may compare to. If you have a chance to try its crystal talk, you may be impressed Motos effort.

我好唔鐘意Milestone個4x4格既Home screen, 可能我冇時間去customize佢(唔係自己部機嘛), 都係鐘意自己部Liquid多D, 但係有個實体keyboard真係唔錯
