Thank for your info. SMV now is 1580 with new contract. I was interesting in Nokia E71 with key pad. But It WM seems more popular and some websites require WM.

1) this mobile is not running on WM
2) this mobile can run Java ME (opera mini ok, but no opera mobile...)

I think I can only choose MotoA3100, a cheapest WM mobile phone.
with data plan. around 1080 -1380.
