1. make more larger cluster.
2. CDN

個時TVB第一次搞香港小姐公眾投票都用左Microsoft既Windows Azure去應付流量
基本上如果你個網站係要應付高流量，用一啲大公司提供既Cloud Service應該會係最可行，因為可以睇需要隨時加料
