Thanks for the reply, since the laptop's warranty period has been over for quite sometimes, can you please specify what will be the cost if I carry the laptop to your service centre for the check up/repair.

The cost of charge depends on different condition, therefore, suggest to bring your laptop to our customer service center (Tel: 2520 2000)  for checking and let the staff provide you the comments.
