Oh you are right. I thought it's about 2 systems running in parallel but time not sync.

Ubuntu 預設 BIOS time 為 UTC/GMT-0 (System time 是 GMT-0 + 時區)，例如 BIOS time 是 am 2:00，System time 是 am 10:00 (am 2:00 + 香港時區 GMT+8)；

Ｗindows 則預設 BIOS time 為 local time，例如 BIOS time 是 am 2:00，System time 同樣是 am 2:00。

其中一個方法是，繼續用 Ubuntu default: BIOS time = UTC/GMT-0，Windows 改用 BIOS time = UTC/GMT-0：
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation]
"RealTimeIsUniversal"=dword:00000001
(Windows 64-bit: dword 或 qword 都可以)
