I use a German nano polymer seal coat on my car.
Apply no need to wipe off.
5 months now and as good as day 1.
Rain and my car is dry!

Hey man,
I wouldnt recommend you to use rain or pure water to wash your car.
It is politically incorrect.
However, DGLS is so slick water beads just fly away bring along with the dirt inside.
So I hvnt washed my car for 5 months but it is still reasonably clean.
If you use pure water, why not try to add some dry wash product like Mean Green.
You do not have to use a hose. Just wipe it wet then wipe it dry and your car will be very shiny very slick.

你只需要3毫升的小型車，5毫升S-class。
All I did was spray to apply.
I did not wipe off.
You only need 3ml for a small car, 5ml for S-class.
