Its controller is TS6510. It may be a low cost controller made by SMI (e. g. SM2246XT). Spec. is like Sandisk SSD Plus.

分別在於WRITE變成340MB同埋IOPS細左,如果放在舊機SATA2上用,有無分別呢???

If anand's pic are from 256G, then i can sure it's 256M only (only 1 K4B2G1646Q)
but what i can sure....
There are at least some 256G with spectek with 256M only, and at least 3 different type of PCB are used(K4B2G1646Q=256M/16bit)
