keyboard has battery that can double the run time. even if u don't use it to type, you can use it as a backup power source while travel.
plus, the deal is closer to the US price than just the tab alone.

抄了兩個鐘終於把9GB的1080P MKV抄過去
發現用搭USB的MTP抄不過去,可能是UBUNTU的支持有限吧
但是用WIFI的SAMBA卻可以抄過去
話時話抄呢兩個鐘只用左10%電,不過我有熄MON,所以唔奇

i have a 9GB DTS MKV
tried mx player first but it has frame drop every ten seconds and no sound. I tried 4-core software decode but it was worse. I tried mobo player and the result is similar
Then I searched the web, people said the old dice player 2.0.6 supports DTS. Then I downloaded its apk. It works! The sound is back and there are no frame drop every ten seconds!
In conclusion, the CPU seems to be barely up to the task.

Oh... Android support 9GB file? I tried many time to copy a 5GB file to my Android phone but it’s hang finally. So I always use mkvmerge to cut the large MKV file to 2 pieces and then copy to the microSD card though the card reader.

Why would it take you 2 hrs to transfer a 9G file? My 6G file transfer just took about 10 mins.

I used samba thru wifi to transfer 9GB file. That took two hours.
I am in Ubuntu 12.04 now. Maybe that's why MTP can't transfer 9GB file. It could transfer smaller files but that too is very slow. Not sure if it is Ubuntu broken or the I/O issue. It can be the former because MTP is not supported by default. I need to set up fuse to enable it.

One more question, when you connect the TF700 to external LCD TV, can you turn off the internal LCD and then output the display to the external LCD TV only? I always use my laptop to play and output 1080P or 720P to external LCD TV.

I can't test that as my MicroSD is FAT32, I don't know if TF201 rom is able to read NTFS. Theoretically if the MicroSD is NTFS and the rom can read NTFS it should work.
why would someone buy tf201 when you know the wifi is broken and it is not much cheaper than tf700 ...

it is much cheaper for me, I bought it 2nd hand at $3k only. Also surprisingly, the wifi is strong enough for me now that I stick a piece of aluminium foil to the back, I read it somewhere in XDA and it seems to somehow increase the wifi signal.

照計 TF700T 和 TF201有相同大小, 只是厚多0.2mm 和重12g, 所以你應該可試試 Transformer Prime的貼紙. 我上次在旺角星際, 為TF300T都貼了 TF201的, 只是相機孔有小許走位外, 大致可接受. 其實 Asus是用強化玻璃, 不易剔花, 我只是因為手汗大, 不得不貼而已.

1. 去呢度下載,記住要揀啱版本
http://support.asus.com/download ... Pad+Infinity+TF700T
2. UNZIP個ZIP,入面有一個ZIP
3. 將ZIP抄到/mnt/sdcard就會自動發現而更新

我今日都0係屯門市廣場的蘇0買左部TF700有Docking，佢地話全香港蘇0連Docking得佢地有1部，果部就俾我買左。我昨晚放工後去過旺角的蘇0，百記，瘋記，胃信，旺電中Asus專門店睇過，無一度有Docking版本賣，今日再去灣仔電腦城睇，都無Docking版本，後來先去屯門市廣場睇，好好彩蘇0有。
