白背景有機會誤導相機既測光....
無論你用乜mode (當你M mode都睇返佢個測光)
都應該起碼高1/3級，視乎情況而定~
另一個問題，唔關相機事，純視覺效果...
黑既背景會使顏色較為突出~

關M mode咩事...
一來最好用手動白平衡, 二來要+ev
但隻公仔白色比背景更白, 可能會爆, 最終可能都需要後制一番

I prefer to use M mode rather than A mode + +/-EV
just prefer, not a MUST
It's because M mode exposure will not be affected by the external factors such as the colour of background
Photo is all about exposure, depends on your preference to choose M mode or a mode

yes we don't have to be 強調自己用 m mode or force ourselves using m mode, to be honest, nearly 95% of my photos were under A mode, but sometimes you just need M mode

only your hand(s) will affect exposure by adjusting shutter speed and Aperture

我覺得樓主個白色(紙) background 最起碼搵張冇咁"巢"的background
然後可以fill d 光去background 效果會好d~
當然要較埋white balance (影raw + jpg, raw 可以fine tune)
呢d 情況用m mode 會較易控制
但都要測光，你都要望住相機的測光錶，再根據攝影環境(e.g. 黑、白 bg)，閃燈輸出、再根據你想要的效果 (想over d / under d)，而去較光圈快門

M Mode 對於玩 light painting 幫助好大
#1 呢張你應該見過啦! M Mode 長瀑8秒, 用手機既相機燈做光源
#2 M Mode + Light Painting + Soft Focus, 長瀑25秒, light painting 好處可以製造更加複雜既光線
如果唔係用燈箱, 真係唔建議用白色background
用深色做background 會無咁大破綻
呢兩張係3e3e3e 影既!
