今日做lab用軟件, 要搵d gate出黎
唔知part number真係唔知點嘔出黎.....
其實呢d part number 有無意思?
74 -> 一邊7隻腳 with total 4 gates?
LS -> low true/high true thing?
138 -> "3" to "8" multiplexer??

LS -> low true/hi ...
74 is the TTL series, first used by TI (Texas Instrument). LS is the low power schottky TTL series. AS is advanced low power schottky series.

I am sorry that I have shifted from the electronic field to IT field for nearly 2 decades. I just recall from my memory that the word FAST comes from the short form of "Fairchild Advanced Schottky TTL". At the era I worked with the TTL, there was no AS series from Fairchild. Only F series as an alternate to the TI AS series. I don't understand why Fairchild later manufacture 2 series with so closed property.
