question about DNS cache poisoning 攻擊

I have always encounted the "DNS cache poisoning" 攻擊 from the source 203.135.128.2 to different port on my PC.
Is this be a real attack ???

I think router which is provided by HKBN.

ESET 防火牆模塊與微軟Windows 7及Windows Vista 的兼容已完成了測試。您可以參照以下步驟獲得相關防火牆模塊之更新：

1. 右鍵單擊右下角ESET NOD32圖標，選擇進階設定。
2. 在彈出之設定視窗中, 從左邊選擇 "更新" 。
3. 之後在右邊窗格中，點擊 "設定" 按鈕打開高級設置窗口。
4. 在高級設置窗口中，選擇 "啟用測試模式" , 按 "確定"。

現在您的ESET NOD32 會在下一次執行更新時為您下載與 Windows 7 兼容的防火牆模塊。(當然你亦可以立即按更新啦)
