最近夏天了 家中部Xeon E3-1230V1 發熱情況嚴重左好多
大概15% LOADING(一般internet+music playing+幾個background app)
CPU CORE TEMP=55C~60C
一GAMING就上60C以上 平均65C-68C. PEAK=72-75
antec chillv control 寫liquid temp 全程低過50C
請問邊PART出左問題?
CHECK過 HEATSINK上得夠緊 早排清過radiator 的塵(無洗,就咁掃過)
cpu cooling paste= antec 920原裝
airflow: 前面冷空氣入>>後面抽出+頂抽出

It has some residues inside. I has got your problem. The pump is noisy. The copper side is not cold. People say that leaving it for half an hour, it will clear up bubble. But after half an hour, the copper side is hotter than before.
After a few months later, I took it apart. I discover a lot of residues "stones". Just like kidney stone. Those stones can be squeezed with fingers to power like stuff.
I used water pump to flush it. It comes out lots lots of stones.
Then I asked C hing in this forum how to refill it.. They are very helpful.

The pump is still quiet and no sound. I think it is working and the liquid temperature is raising fast (from35c to 50c) in maybe one hour without gaming. Still finding the problem. Don't really want to remove it

1.散熱膏無效?
2.冷排積塵?
3.是否完全對角鎖緊?
4.風扇轉速是否太低?
5.冷排的安裝. 通常一定要垂直先至有效
建議查清楚先.

已經上左代理 確認散熱有問題 不穩定 可以換全新的
不過920停產 代理換H60SE 比我
