There is no such Samsung EVO 860 memory card ... EVO 860 is SSD instead.

Please check your USB port/card reader.   Does it support USB 3.0?

There are different models of samsung memory cards
Is your model the EVO or EVO Plus (the color is different)?

ps. Even for the EVO (not plus), its read speed should be reaching 9x MB/s

    My SD card is color in Red

I guess my usb 3.0 SD card reader maybe be only at USB 2.0 speed after checking another SD card - sandisk extreme 128GB .

What is your card reader model?
