God knows...
The speeds that you've mentioned are just generalised transfer speeds, you'll need to test the actual write/read speeds yourself

But I can tell you that 東芝 Exceria TypeHD mSDHC can achieve 30+MB's write quite easily, according to previous test results posted in this Forum

無標明快卡的多數得 10MB 左右
快的 chips 都拿去做快卡了
咁樣標出來的速度通常是指 read speed
