用chrome 睇 YouTube 10 秒後 開其他野 會 lag 下lag 下
用Firefox 睇 YouTube 10 秒後 開其他野 會 lag 不過小
用5K player 睇 720p 片都 lag(片已放於 HDD)
有冇巴打知 係 咪 m.2 事？ ????

First you have to open the task manager and check the CPU usage on idle, this should be the 1st step to see whether any background program or virus is running !
I experienced someone hacked my PC and use 50% of my CPU usage on mining and I didn't know within a few days cause that time I use a 6900K (8C16T) until one day I make a full load works on the PC thence I discovered that some background program always takes around 50% usage of my CPU!!!
If aforesaid is not your case, use AS SSD benchmark to run a test on your SSD to see what happens...

After you find the PC CPU usage is normal, it almost sure the PC is not affected by Virus!
And the SSD seems not too bad although the benchmark is low (normal NVME able to reach at least score 5000 or above, this is a little bit strange!
As you haven't mention your display card, thought that you are using the IGD of 8700K, go to Intel to have the driver update and see what happens...
If nothing attempt after you make the update, the last thing should be re-install W10, it's boring

呢個問題應該算係Google試行大幅使用AV1影片編碼導致，AV1編碼嘅編/解碼器未成熟而Google擺心機落去咁自然喺Maintain其他編解碼器嘅時候做野求奇咗，YouTube嘅H.264同VP9編碼器出問題唯有等Google自己執手尾。
我用Android電話仲要係3* S10+都有類似問題，播親60FPS YouTube片周時Lag一下只係冇10秒就Lag咁頻密。
