it did not say must buy the old model ... so it possible to buy the new model and claim the rebate.

You are right, cannot claim new ipod touch..
From the FAQ :

The rebate amount is determined by the following table but will not exceed the amount paid for the qualifying iPod.
and
qualifying iPod :
iPod touch HK$1,568 MC086ZP/A, MC008ZP/A, MC011ZP/A
no New model...

你真正要填form時最底部個條款講明邊個型號…個d型號全部係第三代
而且你訂機時唔係揀mac機後再揀佢的iPod Touch就應該無優惠
