Android 4.1正式出現，改用Chrome作為預設瀏覽器，不會再對Flash有任何依賴。Adobe日前也默然宣布，Flash將於8月15日在Google Play停止給新用戶下載。
Flash曾經是不少網頁的必備元素，但其資源佔用率極高，經常引起死機情況，令iPhone也沒有意思去支援。雖然Flash有推出Android版本，但業界早就因HTML5的出現而開始棄用Flash，至今Flash在Android平台上也變得可有可無，隨著Android 4.1的來臨，Adobe也認為沒有必要再去支援。而Flash也將於8月15日開始停止對新用戶的下載服務，但現有用家仍然會繼續支援，至於PC平台上的Flash支援也不會改變。 但既然連iOS及Android兩大平台也將Flash拒之門外，預料Flash的時代也快將終結。如果你是Android用家，也需要經常瀏覽Flash網頁，大家記得在8月15日前下載一份並保存其APK留為紀念吧！

笑了，Mobile Site絕大部分用係用HTML5做，配合Webkit強大ge 3D Transition Function，可以做到好多effect。
睇下jQueryMobile係Dreamweaver CS6度可以佔一Panel就知咩樹。
Developer如果做Mobile Site唔會想做幾個分版，只會一次過做Mobile Device detection+jQuery Mobile或者用CSS @media target Mobile Device

Desktop係咪Mobile Device？
Web Developer做一個網會一係就寫幾個CSS用@media target唔同device，已經講過了。一係就做Mobile detection，Desktop彈去用jQuery Mobile寫ge網，得唔得？

Are Adobe and Google making Flash a Chrome exclusive on Android, too?
Last November, Adobe announced that they were shuttering development of the Flash plug-in for mobile browsers and refocusing their efforts on mobile apps built using Air to bring Flash-based content to users. Starting August 15th, Adobe is initiating the final countdown and will no longer allow new Flash installs from Google Play.
Flash, once a major selling point for Android, appears ready to be tagged and bagged. But take a look at what happened recently on Linux, and there’s a clue that Adobe might not be killing Flash on Android completely. Chrome 20 brought the Pepper-based Flash plug-in to the stable channel on Linux, and it’s now the only way Linux users can run a version that will receive updates.
The Chrome Android app supports Pepper plug-ins, too, and Pepper’s cross-platform nature makes it a convenient way for Adobe to ship Flash anywhere Chrome runs. That includes devices that run Chrome OS, Google TV, and Android. And while Chrome doesn’t support Flash now, the Pepper plug-in could pave the way for continued Flash browsing on Android in the future.
As is now the case on Linux, that would mean that alternative browsers like Firefox, Dolphin, and Opera won’t be able to offer Flash support going forward. Once Adobe pulls the plug on new installs and upgrades to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean start rolling out, it’s very likely that Chrome will be the only option you have for a truly complete browsing experience on Android.
One day, of course, that won’t be an issue — but until HTML5 and open web standards become more widely adopted, Chrome may be the only mobile browser capable of bringing you “the whole web.”

唔係ADOBE 放棄FLASH
只係FLASH本來係用黎desktop網頁interactive既開拓用
唔係本身開發黎同apps鬥,所以冇必要係手機搞咁多野去side時間
請睇清楚flash係for web, 唔係for mobile, d人成日拎黎同apps講都唔係同層面既野
咁又唔好講有photo editing apps, 就唔駛專業PS, AI個D?, d marketing sales玩字眼, d平民就傻左
如果要講, 係應該講用flash寫feature既功能好唔好, 唔係對flash, flash只係tools, 技術support
好似如果有人寫apps寫得廢, 食resource, 寫code差, 咁唔通又有人走出黎話iphone apps差咩
著眼點問題, 可以話d marketing sales勁, 扭曲事實
而且adobe有air可以係手機standalone行, flash都可以complie做air apps
咁駛乜咁麻煩為手機去變flash, 搞到flash不論不類呢
如果要咁講,廿年前有desktop software到而家, 同一樣好似所謂apps打flash咁咪一樣做倒好多野,
咁講, mobile apps做乜要存在,有software夠啦, software powerful過apps多多聲, 問題apps係有佢既特性,特質同目的用途丫嘛
咁點解adobe開頭要開發flash
目的咪就係為左業界可以容易做倒好多interactive野係網上既內容瀏覽方面
所以真係好唔明而家d人討論都唔睇清楚重點同性質,人云亦云
