一樣都係2021 M1MAX 第一水
間中會portable 用，一星期大約有5日每日大約用9hrs，其餘日子不定時
長插電，有裝aldante 限充到70％滿
charge cycle 96
依家os battery health 就顯示100％，不過睇hw battery max capacity 應該就99％

轉m1max 前用左大半年m1既air，
都係長插但使用時間少好多同無裝aldante 限充，
換m1max 時個部os battery health已經得返96％


btw，得半年真係好難87>80

大家有冇試過用插住個 external monitor 同時 插住插電，電一低過 100%，就會即時 re-charge, 咁連接 external monitor 都會跳一跳
